3. No Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Sky Transport Solutions provides business filing support, document preparation support, administrative assistance, payment processing, customer support, and related business services. Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or government agency.
Information on the website, form prompts, previews, generated documents, filing support, service descriptions, and customer communications are provided for general business and administrative purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for consulting a qualified attorney, CPA, tax professional, or other advisor for advice specific to your business, transaction, ownership structure, filing obligations, legal rights, or tax consequences.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide and the choices you make while using the website and services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, current, and authorized information.
- Review all form answers, previews, generated documents, payment details, and filing details before submission or payment.
- Confirm that you have authority to act for the business or person connected to the requested service.
- Respond promptly to requests for missing information, corrections, approvals, or additional documents.
- Understand that government fees, processing times, filing requirements, and agency decisions may vary by state and may change.
- Keep copies of documents, confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, and final generated files for your own records.
5. Accuracy of Information and Authorization
You represent that all information you submit is accurate, complete, current, and authorized. This includes information about the business, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, shareholders, registered agents, buyers, sellers, signers, addresses, filings, payment details, uploaded documents, and any other service details.
If you submit information on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so. We may rely on the information you submit without independently verifying every detail.
6. Pricing, Payments, Invoices, and Payment Links
Service prices, state fees, document fees, filing fees, processing charges, and total amounts may vary by service, state, entity type, filing type, customer selections, and applicable government or third-party fees.
Payments may be processed through Stripe Checkout, Stripe Payment Links, invoices, or other approved methods. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount.
If you choose a “Pay Later,” unpaid invoice, or payment link option, the service may not begin, continue, or be completed until payment is successfully received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may store non-sensitive payment records such as invoice numbers, payment status, transaction references, card brand, last four digits, billing contact details, and Stripe identifiers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Incomplete Payments
Because many services involve time-sensitive filing work, document preparation, payment processing, administrative review, generated documents, and third-party or government fees, refunds are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, government fees, state fees, filing fees, payment processing fees, completed work, generated documents, submitted filings, and services already started or completed may be non-refundable.
If a payment is canceled, fails, expires, is disputed, or is not completed, we may pause, cancel, or mark the related service request as unpaid, incomplete, abandoned, or pending payment.
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. To request a review, contact us with your name, service type, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the request.
8. Document Previews, Generated Documents, and Customer Review
Some services may provide a preview before payment or before final document generation. Previews may include watermarks, draft labels, incomplete formatting, or other indicators that the document is not final.
Final documents may be generated after successful payment using the information you submit. You are responsible for reviewing previews, final documents, names, dates, addresses, ownership information, signature details, filing details, payment details, and all other content for accuracy.
We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or incorrectly entered customer information.
9. Government Filings, Processing Times, and Third-Party Decisions
For filing-related services, we may assist with preparing, reviewing, organizing, or submitting information to government offices, Secretary of State offices, registered agent systems, or related third-party services.
Government processing times, acceptance, rejection, correction requests, fee changes, filing deadlines, availability, and final decisions are outside our complete control. We do not guarantee that a filing will be accepted, approved, processed by a specific date, or produce a specific legal, tax, financial, or business outcome.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
- Use the website or services to impersonate another person or business.
- Upload malware, harmful files, illegal content, or documents you are not authorized to submit.
- Interfere with website security, payment processing, database systems, forms, APIs, or administrative systems.

11. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, service flows, page designs, text, layouts, graphics, code, document-generation systems, templates, internal workflows, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sky Transport Solutions, except for third-party materials or government forms where applicable.
You may use final documents provided to you for your own business or transaction purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit our website, service workflows, templates, or systems without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Transport Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, missed deadlines, rejected filings, or third-party decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sky Transport Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your submitted information, your uploaded files, your lack of authority, or your violation of another person’s or business’s rights.
16. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the website, pricing, service descriptions, forms, payment flows, document workflows, features, or these Terms at any time.
The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
